Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to all visitors to www.inalienableobligations.com and its directed-to and re-directed-from URLs (collectively and individually, the "Site").

"You" and "You" means any visitor and any user of or with an Account. All defined terms used in this AUP shall have the meanings assigned herein or in the applicable IO Terms of Service. This AUP is made a part of and is governed by the applicable IO Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Applicable IO Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern. The term Site, for purposes of this AUP, includes, in whole or in part, the Site, any services offered on or through the Site, and any content, data or other information made available on or through the Site.

1. Prohibited or Restricted Content.

1.1 No materials of any kind submitted, posted or shared by You on or through the Site may violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights); or contain libelous, defamatory, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful material.

1.2 You further agree not to

• harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Services by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications
• upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any personal data in violation of the Site's current Privacy Policy
• upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any content that IO, in its sole discretion, may from time-to-time deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
• upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law
• upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other similar form of solicitation not intended by the features on the Site
• upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other malicious or tracking computer code, files or programs designed to track
• upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that, in the sole judgment of us, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Services, or which may expose IO or its users to any harm or liability of any type

2. Prohibited Uses.

You agree not to, and our grant of use of the Site does not extend to, any of the following, and You are prohibited from and to:

• use of automated scripts to collect information from the Site
• use of the Site in any unlawful manner
• use of the Site in any manner that could or does damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site
• use any automated means (including, without limitation, robots, spiders, scripts or other automatic devices or programs) to access the Site or collect any information from the Site
• frame the Site, utilize framing techniques to enclose the Site or other proprietary information, place pop-up windows over the Site's pages, or otherwise affect the display of the Site's pages
• engage in the practices of "screen scraping," "database scraping" or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining content or other information from the Site
• access for purposes of monitoring the availability, performance or functionality of the Site or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes
• impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, or your affiliation with or authority to act on behalf of any person or entity
• interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
• use for any non-commercial purpose
• use for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts

• infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• submit false or misleading information, including pretending to be someone other than yourself, or to otherwise mislead us or third-parties with respect to your use of the Site
• harm or damage our or the Site's reputation, provided, however, that good faith, informed critiques and reviews are not covered by this prohibition
• upload, store or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Site, our services and platforms, or any other websites or the Internet
• act in such a way as to, or commit any act that would or does, impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on our infrastructure or that otherwise interrupts or interferes with the Website and/or Platform's functionality, efficiency or operation
• execute any form of network monitoring which will intercept data not intended for you
• collect or track the personal information of others
• spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape
• use for any obscene or immoral purpose
• interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site, other websites or the Internet
• store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy or other rights
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any the Site or any related systems or networks

3. Account Maintenance.

If and to the extent accounts become available on the Site, You agree not to, and our grant of use of the Site does not extend to any of the following, and You are prohibited from

• using an account on the Site except pursuant to and with Your binding agreement to the applicable Terms of Service
• operating a User account on behalf of or for the benefit of any person or entity who is not eligible to register for or operate a User account in their own name
• operating or otherwise utilizing an account for any purpose prohibited by law or regulation, any activity which You are not duly authorized to conduct, or for any purpose prohibited by any other agreement between You and us
• use or attempt to use another's account, service or system without authorization from that person and us, or create a false identity on the Services
